Note: This is an onsite, full time role and we are only looking for candidates who are already in Mauritius.

 

 

 

Key Requirements:

●      Fluent in both verbal and written French (C1-C2 level) with proficient English skills for business communication.

●      Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, particularly on the phone. email and chat, with high confidence.

●      Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage high-value client relationships.

●      A service-oriented mindset with a proactive and commercial approach.

●      Ability to identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

●      Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage a portfolio of clients and follow up consistently.

●      Proven ability to deliver results and provide outstanding service within tight deadlines.

●      Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills and attention to detail.

●      Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

●      Positive, confident attitude with a focus on delivering a premium-level experience.

●      Flexibility to work various rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

●      Shift timings between 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Mauritius time), 9-hour shifts, 5 days a week (22 working days per month)

●      High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.

 

Main Responsibilities:

●      Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring a personalized and consistent service experience.

●      Build trust-based relationships through proactive communication via phone, email, and chat.

●      Reactively handle inbound client queries with professionalism and efficiency.

●      Monitor client activity and engagement to identify opportunities and risks.

●      Initiate outbound communication to support retention, engagement, and satisfaction.

●      Maintain detailed records of client interactions and preferences.

●      Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of client requests.

●      Identify and share feedback that can improve services or internal processes.

●      Contribute to a culture of service excellence through knowledge sharing and teamwork.

●      Previous experience in account management or client relationship management is a strong advantage.
