Senior Creative Designer

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation and implementation of (innovative) online and offline campaigns, multi-channel campaigns, and messaging communication for a renowned international client
  • Implementation of campaign concepts for various communication channels – creation of all communication measures, online and offline, mailings (print and digital), eShop, POS, consumer journeys, websites, advertisements, and social media
  • Creation based on a comprehensive style guide, precise style specifications for different target groups
  • Close collaboration with the team (senior copywriter, account management, project management) and contribution of individual ideas and strengths

Qualifications

  • You have a degree or equivalent qualification in design or artwork.
  • You have at least 4-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position at an agency and bring with you a comprehensive portfolio of various campaigns you have developed. Campaigns in the consumer goods and lifestyle sectors are particularly interesting.
  • After an onboarding, you will know the style guide by heart, recognize minor inaccuracies at first glance, and implement changes quickly and reliably.
  • You not only know the client's CI inside and out but can also interpret it and advise the client.
  • Your innovative thinking and passion for excellent creation set you apart.
  • You confidently accept the help of AI tools and automation, but you review everything quickly and thoroughly before shipping.
  • You are interested in new trends, digital technologies, social media, and the web.
  • You have excellent communication skills, are proactive, and able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing digital environment.
  • You are motivated by the best. This includes a zero-error tolerance and accuracy.
  • Initial experience with the possibilities and legal regulations for communicating tobacco products would be an advantage.
  • You have a team spirit, are quick-witted, and work in a structured and independent manner.
  • You can keep up a fast pace when working on tasks and never lose track of things.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills complete your profile.
