We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Manager who can drive sales performance while shaping and executing our overall commercial strategy. This leadership role involves managing both the sales team and product managers to deliver sustainable business results.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the sales team and product managers, setting clear targets and ensuring high performance.
  • Master all products in terms of suppliers, prices, technical knowledge, stock, clients, market segment, installation techniques and import process.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that maximize profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop close relationship with Architects, Project Managers, Contractors, QS, Interior Decorators (ID), Promoters and any other clients.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to support business development initiatives.
  • Provide regular performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to Top Management.
  • Handling customers’ complaints.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field or MBA
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and product portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
