One of our client in the funeral industry is looking for a dedicated and professional Mortuary Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform embalming, preparation, dressing, cosmetology, and presentation of the deceased with dignity and respect.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, health, and safety when handling deceased persons.
• Maintain embalming records, chemical stock levels, and workplace cleanliness.
• Communicate with Consultants and Operations team to meet family requests.
• Assist with mortuary duties and support colleagues in funeral hall preparations when required.

Profile of Candidate

Qualifications & Skills

• Certificate in Embalming, equivalent training and/or experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of embalming chemicals, anatomy, and infection control procedures is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.
• IT literacy: ability to use operational software and smart devices.
