The Project Executive will assist in planning, development, and implementation of projects, working closely with the Development Manager to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Support the Development Manager in the day-to-day management of projects and work under his guidance.
Participate in the preparation, execution, and delivery of company projects.
Assist in planning the resources required for project execution.
Monitor and control projects to ensure efficient use of resources.
Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones.
Prepare budget proposals and monitor allocated project budgets.
Develop and deliver project documentation, including progress reports, proposals, requirements, meeting notes, and presentations.
Act as a liaison between the company and project stakeholders.
Assist the Development Manager in managing scope changes, identifying potential risks, and preparing contingency plans.
Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
Diploma in Civil, Structural, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, facilities management, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, MS Project).
Knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp for reviewing and editing technical drawings will be an advantage.
Ability to manage both on-site and office-based responsibilities.
Strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage complex schedules and multiple tasks effectively.
