Qualifications

• Perform video editing, adaptations, versioning, and localization for global brands across multiple countries
• Execute video compositing and design captivating motion graphics/2D animations for various video projects
• Create videos for different platforms including TV, web, and mobile
• Provide and coordinate quality controls to ensure high standards and meet customer needs
• Manage asset versioning and storage maintenance independently
• Create and manage project plans autonomously
• Handle clients change requests and update related documentation
• Lead creative concepts and technical development from start to finish
• Manage customer feedback and satisfaction
• Monitor production progress and guide teams
• Maintain constant communication with production teams on project development
• Oversee project execution and workflow
• Provide creative direction and ensure compelling motion graphics
• Mentor and guide junior motion designers, fostering their growth
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless project delivery
• Assist in project budgeting
