We are looking for a Digital & Marketing Coordinator who will primarily drive the company’s digital presence through content creation, social media management, and online campaign execution, while also providing supportive assistance in traditional marketing activities.
1. Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance and social media engagement
- Assist in the execution of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc)
Content Creation
- Design marketing visuals using Canva and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
- Produce short-form videos and branded assets for online campaigns
- Write copies for posts, website content, and promotional materials
Website & E-commerce
- Update product listings, banners, and landing pages
- Ensure content is accurate, up to date, and optimized
- Support online promotional campaigns and seasonal campaigns
Traditional Marketing Support
- Aid in preparing print materials (flyers, catalogues, etc)
- Support, when required, the organization of events and promotional activities
- Assist in liaising with suppliers, agencies, or partners
General
- Stay updated on digital trends and propose innovative ideas
- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing activities with business goals
- Photography and video production/editing skills are a strong advantage
2. Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (or similar design tools)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, and French if required)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, or advertising platforms is an advantage
