Your role at HFM:

• Monitor the performance and stability of all trading systems and platforms to ensure uninterrupted market access.
• Track client trading activity to identify unusual patterns or potential risks to the company.
• Manage trading schedules by overseeing global market holidays and preparing relevant operational adjustments.
• Investigate and resolve client inquiries related to trade execution and pricing in a timely and professional manner.
• Continuously monitor corporate actions (e.g., dividends, stock splits, spin-offs) and ensure accurate reflection on trading platforms.
• Maintain and update trading-related content on the company’s website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Support the testing and implementation of new financial instruments, system enhancements, or technology updates.
• Collaborate with internal departments by providing accurate and timely support on trading-related matters.
• Assist with tasks related to the company’s affiliate program, ensuring seamless coordination and operational support.
