Natec Medical Ltd is an integrated design, development and manufacturing company specialised in Percutaneous Interventional Medical Devices for global market. Natec Medical’s client base is represented on all 6 continents, with Asia being our largest zone.

 

We are seeking an HR Manager with high sense of accountability and precision to contribute to the day-to-day smooth operation. You will report to the Head of Human Resources and this role will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, optimising talent management and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.

 

As Human Resources Manager, you will manage the existing Administrative and Talent development team.

 

Your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Promote the culture of the company and ensure a strong collaboration between department.

 

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned that support the company’s goals and objectives.

 

  • Lead and oversee the performance management system across all levels of the organisation.

 

  • Conduct detailed performance analysis to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities.

 

  • Work closely with Talent team to develop effective recruitment and onboarding processes.

 

  • Manage expatriate employees, including permits, visas and relocation, while ensuring that they have a positive experience and smooth integration in the workplace and environment.

 

  • Oversee workforce planning, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet operational needs.

 

  • Address employee concerns, grievances and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.

 

  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

 

  • Supervise the Driver & Transport coordinator to ensure safe and efficient transportation and overseeing the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the office and building.  

 

  • Oversee the receptionist duties, ensuring professionalism and efficiency in the reception area.

 

  • Collaborate with the Health & Safety lead to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

 

  • Oversee payroll activities performed by outsourced providers and verify accuracy.

 

Qualification:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized institution. 
  • At least 7 - 10 years of similar work experience, preferably with an exposure to EPZ environment /manufacturing sector.
  • Work experience in a production site environment with 500+ employees.
  • Experience of leading and organising an HR Department and Development team to support business objectives.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations & policies.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organisation’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications & compensation practices.
  • Excellent time management skills with the capacity to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fully conversant with basic Microsoft Office Tools.
