We’re hiring a motivated Insurance Sales Rep to find new clients, understand their needs, and offer the right insurance solutions. You'll promote our products, build strong relationships, close sales, and support business growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective marketing strategies to promote new insurance contracts or adjust existing policies.

  • Identify and contact potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other lead-generation methods.

  • Assess the needs and preferences of individual or business clients and offer suitable insurance solutions.

  • Gather and analyze client risk profiles to provide appropriate coverage recommendations.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client engagement for management or shareholders.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of transactions, policy terms, and client communications.

  • Evaluate and process insurance claims to ensure client satisfaction and uphold company integrity.

  • Continuously update job-specific knowledge through training and apply learning in day-to-day tasks.

  • Ensure full compliance with all company policies and industry regulations

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative.

  • Strong understanding of various insurance policies, including motor and general insurance.

  • Proficient in using computers and interpreting basic statistical data.

  • Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused solutions and build long-term relationships
