To be the first point of contact on the phone to internal and external customers To operate the switchboard in a courteous, empathic manner and to the highest standards of service excellence

 

Main Duties:

  • To be the first point of contact on the phone to internal and external customers
  • To operate the switchboard in a courteous, empathic manner and to the highest standards of service excellence
  • To achieve positive outcomes from customer queries and feedback in a timely and efficient manner
  • To create and maintain the telephone directory
  • To extract reports on the telephone system
  • To relay comprehensive and accurate information to the highest standard of service excellence
  • To deal with customer complaints effectively
  • To attend voice mail messages received on the switchboard on a daily basis
  • To welcome visitors and customers (on a rota basis) on the Ground floor by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person in a professional and friendly manner

Main Requirement:

  • Holder of an HSC
  • Should be able to communicate clearly in English and French
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be an advantage
