RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all claims submitted are covered by the Suppliers’ warranty policy.
- Ensure that warranty service orders are properly issued and documented.
- Submit all warranty claims within the established time frame.
- Proper monitoring and follow-up of claims submitted.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 02 years’ experience in a similar position

- Good communication skills
