The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating
leads, managing key client relationships, closing high-value transactions, and driving the
performance of the commercial sales team.
∙Develop and execute sales strategies for commercial properties including office
buildings, retail spaces, industrial units, and mixed-use developments
∙Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, investors, real estate brokers, and
∙Identify new business opportunities and lead the expansion of the commercial client base
∙Oversee the full sales process—from lead generation and client engagement to deal
∙Lead and manage a team of commercial sales agents or officers; provide training,
mentorship, and performance oversight
∙Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to align promotional strategies with
∙Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to inform sales
∙Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, pipeline status, and market
insights for senior management
∙Negotiate terms, contracts, and closing conditions with buyers, legal teams, and other
∙Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and property showcases
∙Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
∙5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on commercial properties
∙Proven success in meeting or exceeding high-value sales targets
∙Strong understanding of the commercial property market, real estate laws, and
∙Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
∙Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office Suite, and sales
∙Strong organizational and client management abilities
∙Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, or industry events
