CDL is currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer.

What you will be doing:

• Be able to perform technical mechanical or diagnostic tests for textile machineries.
• Work and assist workshop supervisor in maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure safety and efficiency and to make recommendations to maintenance team.
• Liaise with suppliers for technical information.
• Providing technical advices, Analysis and interpretation of technical drawings and schematics.
• Implementation of operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions and provide technical information.
• Install and maintain mechanical equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
• Assist Maintenance Manager in agreeing budgets, timescales and specifications.
• Work collaboratively with Maintenance Manager for the implementation of CMMS in ERP system.

What are we looking for?

• Working experience in the Textile Industry will be an advantage
