The Company services a wide base of clients and requires a Finance Officer for their Finance Department.
Duties and responsibilities:
Prepare and issue monthly invoices accurately and on time.
Record daily accounting transactions and maintain up-to-date financial records.
Monitor bank balances on a daily basis and manage cash flow effectively.
Process payments and supplier settlements in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure proper and timely preparation of accounts, including reconciliations.
Produce financial reports such as management accounts, receivables and payables
ageing, investment schedules, and fixed asset registers as required.
Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure timely filing of audited financial statements, VAT, tax, and other statutory
returns within prescribed deadlines.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as needed.
Safeguard confidentiality of financial information and maintain proper filing systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.
Perform any other finance-related tasks as may be assigned by management.
Candidate requirements:
- ACCA Level 2 completed
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in the relevant field
