- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the B2B client base, manage relationships, lead negotiations, and ensure successful project delivery through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and expand the client base within the B2B segment.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical advice and support to clients, helping them select the most appropriate products and solutions for their needs.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations with clients, preparing and presenting proposals, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Track sales performance, provide regular reports to senior management, and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry developments, product innovations, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
