 Key Responsibilities

•  Processing client orders after verifying their payment status.
• Coordinating delivery schedules and providing timely updates to clients.
• Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback surveys.
• Promoting Drymix products to new and existing clients via phone.
• Maintaining and updating client databases.
• Preparing and managing Blanket Orders, including internal approvals and communication.
• Supporting the Sales team in achieving departmental objectives.
• Assisting with back-office tasks.

Profile

• Holder of HSC.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call centre or customer care environment.
• Proficient in IT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled at handling challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
