The Store Administrator supports the wholesale department by managing inventory records, coordinating supplier deliveries, and handling administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth store operations, accurate documentation, and effective communication between staff, suppliers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain and update wholesale transaction records, supplier invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and submit operational reports (e.g., stock movement, sales summaries, supplier performance).
- Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies in coordination with the procurement team.
- Oversee goods receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
- Assist in organizing and conducting stock audits and reconciliations.
- Liaise with transport and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
Customer & Sales Support
- Handle wholesale inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure accurate pricing and product information is available to customers.
- Support promotional activities and bulk order coordination.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum SC or equivalent.
- experience in wholesale or retail administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
