This role offers exposure to senior management, special projects, and strategic decision-making, making it ideal for partially qualified CA(SA), ACCA, or CIMA professionals looking to step into a high-impact, analytical role.

You will form part of a small, collaborative team responsible for delivering management information, reporting and insights, as well as supporting special projects across the business. Qualifications, skills & experience required:

  • 2 - 5 years experience in a similar position and environment.
  • Prior exposure in the financial services, asset management, banking, trust or fund management company industry.
  • Strong data analysis skills and advanced Excel & MS Office proficiency
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Excellent project planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a varied, project-driven environment

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and compile reports for various business stakeholders, incorporating both financial and non-financial data.
  • Analyse and investigate unusual trends or anomalies to ensure accurate reflection of business performance.
  • Collaborate with divisional teams while balancing overall Group requirements.
  • Partner with MIS and IT teams to develop automated and efficient reporting solutions.

  • Respond to ad-hoc requests by collating and analysing information.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in processes, policies, and operational efficiencies.

This is your chance to break away from traditional finance roles and step into a high impact and project-driven environment.
Work directly with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions that shape the future of the group.
