We Are Hiring – Destination Management Company (DMC) Sales Lead

Silver Wings Travels Ltd is looking for a DMC Sales Lead to drive growth in both new and established markets across the Middle East, Africa, and beyond.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard travel agents, tour operators, and strategic partners to expand our network, focusing on the high-end customer segment.
- Develop and implement monthly action plans to maximize market penetration, sales growth, and brand visibility, supported by timely market intelligence and KPI reporting.
- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships to secure group and FIT bookings, ensuring partners have up-to-date product and service information.
- Design, customize, and cost itineraries for leisure, MICE, and special interest groups.
- Lead the quotation process, negotiate terms, and ensure proposals meet client needs.
- Organize and participate in webinars, workshops, trade fairs, and other sales events to enhance brand presence.
- Create targeted marketing content and materials for Arabic-speaking and other priority markets.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, maintaining a courteous and collaborative approach.
- Collaborate with suppliers (hotels, attractions, transport providers) to improve package value and quality.
- Coordinate familiarization (FAM) trips to Mauritius.
- Maintain accurate client databases and CRM records.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in inbound tourism, preferably with exposure to Middle Eastern & African clients.
- Strong network of regional travel trade contacts is an asset.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Sound understanding of cultural nuances and customer expectations in the Middle East & Africa.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with adaptability and a proactive mindset.
