About the role:
This is a great opportunity for recent IT graduates to gain hands-on experience in data handling, system implementation, and client collaboration. As a Junior Data Migration Consultant, you will support the Implementation team in helping clients move their data from old systems to new ones. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants and technical teams to ensure data is transferred accurately and securely.
Please note: This program includes a loyalty bond, which will be discussed in detail during the selection process.
Which tasks can you expect?
- Assist in extracting, cleaning, and loading data from legacy systems into new platforms.
- Use tools like SQL and Excel to manage and validate data.
- Work with senior consultants to understand client requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
- Help identify and fix data issues during the migration process.
- Participate in testing and validation to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with different teams (development, QA, support) to deliver successful implementations.
- Document your work and contribute to process improvement.
What do you have to offer?
- A recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Comfortable using Excel (bonus if you know VBA).
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a tech environment.
