JOB PROFILE

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Supervisor - Service to oversee service operations, customer support, stock control, and team coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage service agreements and maintenance contracts.
• Support customer requests and ensure proper communication.
• Issue and follow up on quotations and purchase orders.
• Support tender submissions and supplier evaluations.
• Follow up on debtors and ensure timely payments.
• Participate in supplier evaluation and selection processes.
• Stay updated on market trends and assist in developing marketing strategies.
• Monitor stock levels and develop controls for optimisation.
• Any other cognate duties may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

• Strong knowledge of service operations, customer service, or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and invoicing procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and French.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Good time management and good organisational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain a strong customer base.
• Critical thinking, negotiating and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driving licence for private car.
