Responsible for the administrative tasks and supporting the day-to-day operations of HR Department

 

Skills and qualifications

  • Verifiying reports for timekeeping
  • Timesheets
  • Maintaining and updating payroll records
  • Updating payroll data on system 
  • Communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to deliver tasks.
  • Team player and ability to work independently as well.
  • Good time management with respect to assigned tasks.

Preferred qualifications 

  • HSC with Mathematics and Accounting
  • Minimum 5 year experience in Salary Computation
  • Experience in the Construction Industry woud be an advantage
  • Highly proficient in MS Office tools (Word/Excel)
