Your responsibilities within our Tribe

• Transferring data from scan format into computer files
• Typing in the data system with all the requirements
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Sort and organize the daily work upon the billing factory
• Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable
• Check the data input the data system to ensure accuracy of final bill
• Answer questions and handle complaints regarding bills
• Report daily activity to upper management
• Track exceptions between the file and the invoice registered
• Work closely with other employees in the department
• Perform any other cognate duties as may be required by Management

 Your differentiating profile

• HSC with accounting background
• Minimum 1-year experience in general accounting or billing
• Proficient in MS Office Excel
• Working knowledge of accountant software
• Detail oriented
• Comfortable with numerical data
• Good communication skills
