Job Overview

Helios Distribution Ltd.is looking for a dynamic Stock Controller for the efficient management of inventory and supplies within the company.

Key Duties:

• Perform timely stock counts at the warehouse, store and our retail outlets.
• Ensure that inventories are held and managed effectively.
• Process daily adjustment request within the time frame on ERP system.
• Perform any specific Inventory audit requested by Management.
• Ensure proper running of the Inventory Management System.
• Effectively manage a team for perpetual/spot stock count.
• Prepare reports analysis on stock movements.
• Coordinate stock control operations with warehouse and store staff, as well as the Sales and Finance teams.
• Implement and maintain internal control procedures relating to stock.
