Dream Yacht Charter, a global leader in yacht chartering, is seeking a Senior Tax Specialist to ensure tax compliance and support strategic tax planning across our international operations.

• Ensure compliance with Corporate Tax, VAT, and Transfer Pricing regulations across the group

• Review and approve tax filings prepared by local finance teams or external firms

• Assess tax implications of complex or non-standard contracts and transactions

• Collaborate with business units to understand local operations and advise on tax impacts

• Stay updated on international and regional tax legislation, especially related to boat transactions

• Identify and optimise use of applicable tax subsidy schemes

• Coordinate with external advisors for quality tax consultancy

• Manage tax audits and ensure clear, professional communication with authorities

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in taxation

• Solid understanding of international tax, double tax treaties, and transfer pricing

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Proactive, independent problem-solver with high attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across functions and regions

• Fluent in English (spoken & written); French is an advantage

• Keen to expand knowledge across VAT, corporate tax, subsidy schemes in various jurisdictions
