Your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their skincare needs, recommending suitable products, and helping them achieve their beauty goals.
You will be a brand ambassador, representing our commitment to quality and natural beauty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers to provide a welcoming and informative experience.
- Conduct skincare and beauty consultations to understand customers' needs.
- Recommend and demonstrate products tailored to individual customer requirements.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of The Face Shop's product line and skincare trends.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated with new product launches, promotions, and beauty industry trends.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Qualifications:
- High school certificate or equivalent; certification in cosmetology or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and a passion for beauty and skincare.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
