A growing and well-established management company in Port Louis is seeking a multifaceted professional to join their dynamic team in a hybrid accounting and administration role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical precision of client accounting and the structural knowledge of corporate administration.
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in both client accounting and corporate administration within a management company, fiduciary, or global business services firm
Strong working knowledge of IFRS, regulatory compliance, and Mauritius company law
Degree or partial qualification in Accounting/Finance/ICAEW/ACCA/ICSA
Experience with QuickBooks, NavOne, or other accounting systems is a plus
High attention to detail, good time management, and excellent interpersonal skills
Professional, proactive, and client-service oriented
Prepare and review management accounts, financial statements, and annual returns for client companies (including GBCs, trusts, and domestic entities)
Handle general ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and VAT returns
Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
Ensure compliance with IFRS, MRA, and FSC requirements
Maintain statutory files, registers, and records in line with the Companies Act & Financial Services Act
Draft board resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings
Liaise with the Registrar of Companies, FSC, banks, and clients
Assist with onboarding and KYC updates in compliance with AML/CFT standards
Work alongside a skilled, entrepreneurial leadership team
Be exposed to high-quality local and international clients
Centrally based office in Port Louis
