Beachcomber Catering is looking for a motivated Operations Clerk to join their operations team.

 

Main responsibilities:

 •Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for daily catering operations.

 •Coordinate and track meal production, packing, and dispatch schedules.

 •Ensure all deliveries and flight catering documents are complete and correctly filed.

 •Liaise with Production, Operations, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow.

 •Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock records and ordering.

 •Perform data entry in Aerochef prepare reports, and maintain records for quality and compliance.

 •Assist with customer service queries related to operations and delivery.

•Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and aviation regulations.

Profile & Qualifications:

  •Previous clerical or administrative experience (experience in catering or logistics is a plus)

 •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

 •Excellent organizational and communication skills

 •Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

 •Strong attention to detail and accuracy

 • Be prepared to work on a flexible roster of 6/1 mostly evening shifts and to be able to work on Sundays, Public Holidays and Cyclonic Days.
