AEL DDS LTD is recruiting a ZONE IT CHAMPION.

The Zone IT Champion plays a crucial role in maintaining the IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and upholding the group's IT standards within the assigned cluster. 
Acting as a key liaison between zone management and IT support teams, the IT Champion ensures the delivery of efficient technical support, the continuity of IT services, and the secure operation of infrastructure. 
The incumbent also contributes to incident response, continuous service improvement, and user training while serving as an escalation point for complex IT issues. 

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:

-       Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

-	Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
-	Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
-	Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-	Proficient in technical documentation
-	Familiarity with system monitoring and security tools
-	Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Support Technician are an advantage

Experience:

-	At least 2-3 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably at L2 level
-	Prior experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable
-	Exposure to infrastructure and system security practices.
