Profile
Holder of a Degree in Human Resources Management with at least 3 years’ experience;
Good exposure with Mauritian Labour and Industrial Legislation;
Experience working with an HR Information System;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and good analytical skills with a pro-active, can-do and positive attitude;
Strong ethics and reliability;
Meticulous and organized approach;
Self motivated and able to deal with priorities;
Holder of a clean valid driving licence;
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the annual Learning and Development plan;
Monitor and follow up of all On-the-Job Training (OJT);
Coordinate the recruitment and selection process;
Assist in the verification of monthly payroll;
Handle internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests;
Responsible for the follow-up and user support throughout the PMS exercise;
Compile monthly HR metrics and analysis, and contribute to the preparation of yearly HR reports;
Assist in Trade Union matters and related communications;
Participate in welfare activities and provide support on other HR-related projects;
