Responsible for overseeing the daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely and within budget and timeline.

• Site Supervision & Execution

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure works are carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.

  • Supervise subcontractors and site personnel to maintain productivity and quality.

  • Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.

• Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.

  • Assist in planning construction activities and schedules.

  • Attend site meetings and provide technical input where necessary.

• Quality Control

  • Ensure that all construction activities meet quality standards and project specifications.

  • Identify and rectify technical issues, non-conformities, and workmanship deficiencies.

• Health & Safety Compliance

  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Monitor safety practices on site and report unsafe behavior or incidents.

• Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of site work, materials, and manpower.

  • Prepare and submit inspection requests, work progress updates, and other technical documents.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

    • 5 years of relevant site experience in construction projects

    • Proficiency in reading drawings, use of construction tools, and project management software

    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety standards, and local regulations
