We recognize your value from the start:
• Competitive salary up to MUR 30,000
• Welcome Bonus equivalent to one month’s salary, paid in two installments:
o 40% during the first month
o 60% during the second month

Your Responsibilities:
• Assist business clients with travel bookings and inquiries
• Deliver personalized customer support via phone and email
• Manage travel reservations and changes with accuracy
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Ensure a seamless, efficient, and high-quality service experience
What We’re Looking For:
• Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in the travel industry or customer service
• Proficiency with a GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) is required
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to prioritize tasks and remain composed under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Confidence in handling client requests with precision and initiative
