Spa Therapist

Provide spa treatments and product advice to guests as per Standards

Ensure an efficient and high quality service to guests
Attend to complaints of guests and inform Superior
Provide efficient product advices to guests after treatments or at any request from the guest
Involve in all marketing operations
Monitor Spa Shop and replenish as and when necessary
Minimize wastage
Respect health and safety procedures
Inform Spa Manager of stock replenishment
Ensure that treatment advices suit clients needs and requirements
Perform set up of treatment rooms, laboratory, relaxation area and Spa facilities as instructed by immediate superiors
Re set up treatment rooms after each treatment
