About the Role:

As a People Coordinator, you will support the People & Culture team with a wide range of HR-related tasks with a focus on Training & Development.

Key Responsibilities

Training Coordination & Delivery

  • Organize and coordinate in-house and external training programs, workshops, and e-learning sessions
  • Schedule training sessions, manage invitations, attendance, and venue bookings
  • Liaise with training providers and facilitators to ensure effective delivery of content

Learning Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, databases, and employee learning histories
  • Monitors the actualization of the yearly training plan and perform all administrative part of training with the HRDC and MQA.
  • Support the administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Collect and compile feedback on training sessions and prepare evaluation reports
  • Assist in tracking and reporting key learning and development metrics

Content & Resource Management

  • Support the development and update of training materials, presentations, manuals, and learning content
  • Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and help tailor learning solutions
  • Ensure learning resources are current, relevant, and accessible

Communication & Engagement

  • Promote learning opportunities across the organization via internal communications
  • Encourage employee participation and foster a learning culture within the organization

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree holder in HRM or equivalent
  • 3 -5 years of experience in HR, People Ops, or a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Discreet with sensitive information and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Tech-savvy, with comfort using HRIS platforms and productivity tools
  • A proactive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
