Beachcomber Catering is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Production Executive to join our catering Production team.
Main responsibilities:
•Assist Executive Sous Chef to run kitchen Operations.
•Ensure that all client orders are acknowledged and distributed to all sections concerned.
•Assist Executive Sous Chef to control requisitions and always ensure availability of raw materials.
•Assist Executive Sous Chef in performing culinary checks (grammage control and specification standards).
•Assist Executive Sous Chef in performing inventory control.
Qualifications and profile:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a culinary position, (previous experience in catering is a plus).
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•Be prepared to work on a flexible roster of 6/1 including evening shifts, Sundays, Public Holidays and Cyclonic Days.
