Support the Marketing team in executing campaigns, managing social media and website updates, coordinating promotional materials, handling e-commerce activities, performing administrative duties (including SAP and reporting) and delivering excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive in running SMS and emailing campaigns.
- Plan and schedule content for social media platforms.
- Assist with updates of the company’s websites and social media pages.
- Monitor and follow up with stakeholders and suppliers on marketing mass communications such as advertising, sales promotions, events and public relations.
- Upload new products to the website with accurate descriptions, images and specifications.
- Create and optimize content that supports search engine rankings and increases organic traffic.
- Draft engaging blog articles to boost SEO and enhance brand visibility.
- Update product and promotional content in line with ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Keep the corporate website up to date with the latest information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather content, updates and visuals.
- Upload banners, press releases, and key announcements promptly.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns and assist in defining the strategic direction of the website.
- Analyse website performance through Google Analytics and other tools.
- Optimize content and marketing initiatives based on performance insights and conversion metrics.
- Monitor and manage incoming online orders across all e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers regarding their orders.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and interactions across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok among others).
- Direct specific customer inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Conduct all administrative tasks related to the role in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage all Purchase Orders on SAP for the Marketing department.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Management as and when required.
- Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in any training and development opportunities provided by the company.
- Perform any other related duties as instructed by the Management.
Qualification & Experience
- HSC is required. A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or a related field would be an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Pleasant and outgoing personality.
- Experience with content creation, CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and social media tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
