One of our Client in the funeral industry is looking for a Service Coordinator Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing the service needs of Clients and linking to the appropriate resources.
- Ensure synergy between clients.
- Respond to any issues occur during delivery of service.
- Monitor the services being provided and stay up to date on service introduced to clients.
- Evaluate the quality of service and identify areas that need improvement.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Requirements:
- Higher School Certificate
- Minimun of 1 year experience in Customer Service/ Call Centre
- Ready to work on shift rotation, weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to multitask
- IT Literate and apt to work on CRM/ Spreadsheet
