A well-established company in the automotive business specialising in the sale of tires and batteries RECRUITING POST: Sales advisor Qualification: HSC with at least 2 years experience in the automotive sector or an acceptable qualification

Experience: candidates must have

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Commitment to team work and driven by results 

• Leadership skills 

• Organisation, planning and time management skills 

• Creative approach to problem solving 

• IT literacy 

• A good understanding and experience of the tire and battery business

• A flexible approach to work

• Holder of a valid car licence 

• Be a team player and has the ability to work within a team of sales representatives and advisors 

Duties: 

• To ensure that a professional and quality service is offered and delivered to our customers 

• Act as a line of communication between the customer and the garage.

• Understand the customer requirements/complaints/problems and advise as regards to the proper fitment of tires and batteries 

• Develop a harmonious working relationship 

• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner 

• Ability to issue invoices

• Have a passion for vehicles and ability to work after office hours
