Join our team as an HR Officer and be a vital part of our Human Resources department. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR functions, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Support:

    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
    • Maintain candidate databases and assist in the screening of resumes.
  2. Onboarding and Orientation:

    • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
    • Conduct orientation sessions and assist in the completion of required paperwork.
  3. Employee Records Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with privacy regulations.
    • Assist in the documentation of HR-related processes and procedures.
  4. Benefits Administration:

    • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR policies.
  5. HRIS Maintenance:

    • Utilize HRIS systems to input and update employee information.
    • Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.
  6. Employee Relations:

    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Assist in resolving minor employee relations issues and escalate as necessary.
  7. Compliance Assistance:

    • Support HR initiatives to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR or related administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality.
