We are looking for a motivated intern for 6 months to work closely with our Head of Talent Development on various exciting missions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic Talent Development projects while enhancing content development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Development Support:

• Assist with daily tasks at Corporate Level.
• Provide support for various projects on Talent Development and Culture.

2.  Video Production:

• Collaborate with our team to create content on Constance Minimum Standards.
• Co-ordinate with hotels to showcase service and operational excellence.
• Edit and assemble professional, engaging videos/content for training and internal communication purposes.

3. Project Coordination:

• Manage project timelines for learning content creation to ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand and integrate specific needs.

Profile We’re Looking For:

• Currently studying in business, hospitality, communication, or audiovisual fields.
• Tech savvy with AI skills. Video production and editing skills is a plus (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools).
• Keen interest in standards and excellence within the hospitality industry.
• Creative, organized, and proactive mindset.
• Excellent command of English.
