Responsible to Create or Modify the PO or Outline agreements on SAP based on request from stakeholders. Collaboration and Proactive communication skill help to resolve the queries and concern. Analyse the problem statement and provide a timely solution to requestors.

 

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Create or Modify the P Card or Outline agreement based on the request.
    • Perform the initial quality checks on request and inform requestor.
    • Keep Category Leads/Spot Buyers informed if the PR is not yet converted and released for creation.
    • Measure the quality of requests and track.
    • Evaluate the Outline agreement creation request vs Ariba Contracts.
    • Monitor the open tickets and regular follow up to complete the task as per SLA.
    • Play bridge between requestor and buyers team to resolve queries.
    • Educate the new joiners or requestor on raising the quality request
    • Manage daily or weekly or monthly activities along with additional process improvement.
    • Ensure delivery the basics with highest quality standards and on-time.
    • Take ownership and manage other critical activities in case of leaves or shortage of resources.
    • Ability to solve problem quickly and effectively applying logical thinking and creative mindset. Be assertive and goal oriented and drive results with minimal support
  • QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
  • Level of educational attainment required:
    • Graduate in the field of Business, Supply chain, or other equivalent degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous work experience (Good to have)
    •  Experience in Procurement function / Supply Chain
  • Language skills required.
    • Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Technical Competencies
    • Mandatory: SAP usage
    • Proficient in Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
