We are hiring Team Leader – Payroll Operations to join our growing team in Mauritius. This role is ideal for experienced payroll professional with an understanding of UK payroll processes and a passion for client service and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of UK-based clients ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations in compliance with UK regulations (including RTI, PAYE, pensions, etc.)
- Review payroll inputs and outputs for accuracy and completeness
- Act as the key point of contact for client queries and escalations
- Ensure client deliverables (payslips, reports, pension submissions) are met with a high standard of service
Requirements:
- Proven experience in UK payroll processing
- Knowledge of UK legislation (PAYE, NI, statutory payments, NEST)
- Experience using UK payroll systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work UK business hours (Monday to Friday)
