• To act as a link between the customer and the workshop in order to meet customer expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers and offer excellent customer experience from intake to delivery of vehicles.
- Generate estimates of repairs and quotation for customers.
- Determine and diagnose vehicle issues based on customer’s description/vehicle verification.
- Schedule service appointments with regards to customer’s vehicle repairs.
- Follow up with service appointment and booking with planning officer.
- Liaise with Workshop Coordinator/Engineers and Parts Advisor to ensure timely completion of work.
- Liaise and negotiate with motor surveyors to finalise repairs
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services.
- Keep record of all service repair order and update the customer database.
- Ensure an excellent customer service as per the Company procedures and standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- HSC Certificate or Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT tools

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driving license
