Marketing Trainee at Mont Choisy Group will support the marketing team in executing the day-to-day activities. The incumbent will assist in content creation, market research, and event coordination to enhance brand visibility. The role involves analysing marketing trends and customer insights to optimize engagement. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be key to ensuring cohesive branding. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, fostering professional growth in the marketing field.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in administrative tasks related to marketing activities
• Assist in processing POs and Invoices
• Follow up with accounting to ensure payment is done within a specific timeframe
• Keep a record of POs and invoices processed
• Assist in keeping record of marketing inventory
• Assist in Competitor analysis – research on what competitors is doing on social media, website
• Assist in writing emailing / newsletter 
• Follow up with suppliers on all orders / delivery of all marketing support
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including planning and on-site support (if needed)
