Our client, one of the leading insurance and financial services provider is looking for a Finance & Accounts Assistant.

 

Our client, one of the leading insurance and financial services provider is looking for a Finance & Accounts Assistant.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform bank reconciliation.
  • Maintain key daily/monthly worksheets for the General Ledger system.
  • Prepare audit and tax schedules and provide supporting documents for audits.
  • Prepare journal entries.
  • Assist in FSC reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Any other cognate duties which may arise aligned to business requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent with Accounting at “A” Level.
  • Experience in the Insurance Industry will be an advantage.
  • Be computer literate, with good knowledge of word and excel.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Dynamic and motivated team player able to work under pressure.
