Beachcomber Catering is looking for a motivated Security Manager to join their team !

Main responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory and aviation industry standards.
•  Manage all aspects of physical security for inflight and inland catering sites, including access control, surveillance, and perimeter protection.
•  Supervise and train security personnel to ensure a high level of vigilance, professionalism, and adherence to company protocols.
•  Conduct regular security risk assessments, audits, and inspections, and propose proactive measures for continuous improvement.
• Liaise with relevant authorities including airport security, law enforcement, aviation regulators, and internal departments.
•  Respond to and manage incidents, investigations, and security breaches, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
•  Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including those related to aviation, food safety, and workplace safety.
•  Collaborate with the People & Culture and Operations teams to support security-related training and awareness initiatives.
•  Establish and monitor key security performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures.
