Exotic Group is looking for Full-Time Shop Assistants to work in their Fashion shops - Body & Soul, Island Haze, Quiksilver and Roxy. Location: Plaisance Mall & Beau Vallon Mall

You will have to provide high customer service and create an amazing shopping experience for clients while maximizing sales. 

MAIN DUTIES:

• Welcome and greet customers in a courteous and polite manner
• Assist customers in their buying decisions
• Compute sales transactions and ensure effective cash management
• Replenishment of products on floor
• Ensure cleanliness of the shop
• Handle customer queries and complaints

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• SC and above
• Computer literate
• Experience in retail industry will be an advantage

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in French and English (Spoken and written)
• Customer service focus
• Possess a cheerful, friendly and ‘Can do attitude’
• Well groomed
