We are seeking motivated individuals with prior customer service experience to join our team.

The ideal candidates possess strong verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable working in fast-paced environments where multitasking and quick thinking are essential. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required .

Candidates should be adaptable and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. The role demands patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. Being a team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills is essential to succeed in this position.

Shift Overview:
  • You will work an 8-hour shift from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.(Weekend shifts will be introduced at a later stage.)

This is a fully remote role, so a reliable high-speed internet connection is essential. All necessary equipment will be provided to ensure you can perform your duties effectively from home.



Key Requirements:

  • Must be confident, proactive, and self-motivated, with a professional yet friendly demeanor.

  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience handling queries through multiple channels.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Confident in using Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and respond effectively.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Adaptable and open to feedback and continuous learning.
  • Familiarity with customer support software
