Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to identify learning and development priorities.
• Design and support learning initiatives that align with organisational goals.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
• Deliver training and provide learning support through ABC Academy.
• Develop and manage talent development programmes across departments.
• Engage with high-potential employees to support growth and succession planning.
• Administer digital talent management systems and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate data and generate insights to improve talent initiatives.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate programme effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and adapt to changing business needs with professionalism.
